The War Remnants Museum is a place where the heroic testimonies of the Vietnamese people in their fight against the invading forces are preserved, and where the crimes are condemned and the devastating consequences of the aggression are highlighted. It is a specialized museum that researches, collects, archives, preserves and exhibits documents, images and artifacts that testify to the crimes and consequences of the wars that the invading forces inflicted on the Vietnamese people. The museum currently houses more than 20,000 documents, artifacts and films, of which more than 1,500 documents, artifacts and films are presented in 8 permanent exhibition themes.
